Your tasks are:

You are responsible for the creation, review and management of contracts (e.g. delivery, consulting, customer contracts).
You ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
You identify risks and develop measures to minimize them.
You are responsible for maintaining and updating our contract database.
You advise our departments and support them in contract negotiations.

What we expect from you:

You have successfully completed your bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies or a related field.
You have a good understanding of international contract law and relevant areas of law (e.g. general terms and conditions, commercial law).
You are characterised by an independent, detail-oriented and structured way of working.
Discretion and reliability in dealing with sensitive data is a matter of course for you.
Your English language skills are business fluent, German language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
