Manage production. Ensure results. Shape the future.

Strong production is the foundation for quality, reliability, and growth. • Continuously optimizing production processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, technology, costs, and safety.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, including those related to quality, hygiene, the environment, and occupational safety.
  • Further development, digitization, and automation of production and warehousing
  • Close collaboration with senior management, the leadership team, and cross-functional departments

What we expect from you:

  • Completed a technical, scientific or business degree, or a comparable education program
  • Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing facility, ideally in bulk materials
  • Experience in leadership, team management, or the professional development of employees
  • Qualifications in ISO 900ff., GMP+, and HACCP are desirable
  • Very good understanding of processes and technical matters, as well as the ability to grasp complex interrelationships
  • Business-level proficiency in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

What you can expect from us:

  •  A key role with real creative freedom
  • A varied role with plenty of autonomy in a future-proof industry
  • Close collaboration with senior management, the leadership team, and related departments
  • An international family-owned company with flat hierarchies, open communication, and a pioneering spirit
  • A meaningful role in a company that aims to transform animal nutrition in a sustainable way
  • Team events: Regular company events, spontaneous pizza nights, or bowling outings—with us, you can enjoy activities even after work.
  • Affordable housing: Looking for something short-term or not ready to commit yet? Then take advantage of one of our affordable rooms nearby as a temporary solution.
  • Language courses: We support your language skills with digital one-on-one and group courses.
  • Electrifying: Recharge your car with our electric charging stations during work hours—no stress.
