Your tasks are:
- Leading a 13-member production and warehouse team in both technical and managerial capacities, as well as facilitating targeted employee development.
- Ensuring smooth production and warehouse operations—from planning, maintenance, and control to implementation and documentation.
- Continuously optimizing production processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, technology, costs, and safety.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, including those related to quality, hygiene, the environment, and occupational safety.
- Further development, digitization, and automation of production and warehousing
- Close collaboration with senior management, the leadership team, and cross-functional departments
What we expect from you:
- Completed a technical, scientific or business degree, or a comparable education program
- Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing facility, ideally in bulk materials
- Experience in leadership, team management, or the professional development of employees
- Qualifications in ISO 900ff., GMP+, and HACCP are desirable
- Very good understanding of processes and technical matters, as well as the ability to grasp complex interrelationships
- Business-level proficiency in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
