Your tasks are:

  • Full commercial responsibility for Finance, Purchasing & Pricing, HR, IT and Customer Support, with seven direct reports and a total team of around 14 employees
  • Translating strategic objectives into clear processes and measurable goals
  • Leading, supporting and actively developing seven direct reports
  • Further developing digital processes and systems, with the aim of reducing complexity rather than managing it
  • Commercial steering: knowing the numbers, understanding interdependencies and taking timely action

What we expect from you:

  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of leadership experience in a medium-sized company, ideally in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment with an international focus
  • Fluent German and English, at least C1 level
  • Strong understanding of digital processes and the ability not only to use systems, but to develop them further
  • Strong implementation skills and a pragmatic mindset: you make things happen instead of finding reasons why they cannot work
  • Clear communication, confidence in decision-making and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations
  • Genuine interest in developing people, not as an obligation but as part of your leadership approach
  • Enjoyment of change and the resilience that comes with it
