Das sind deine Aufgaben:

Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen sowie bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft.
Bei der Organisation von Messen und Veranstaltungen wirkst du aktiv mit – von der Reiseplanung bis zur Standgestaltung.
Präsentationen, Beiträge und Werbemittel werden von dir mitgestaltet und weiterentwickelt.
Durch Recherchen zu Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends trägst du zur strategischen Ausrichtung unserer Kampagnen bei.
Bei Besuchen unserer internationalen Partner und Kunden trägst Du dazu bei, dass unsere Unternehmensmarke strahlt.
Du bringst dich bei internen Projekten wie Videodrehs oder Ideenworkshops aktiv mit ein.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

Du hast die mittlere Reife oder Fachabi in der Tasche.
Deutsch und Englisch sind für dich kein Problem.
Erste Berührungspunkte mit den MS-Office-Programmen sind von Vorteil, außerdem hast du keine Scheu vor der Nutzung anderer Softwareprogramme (Asana, Canva, Adobe Creative)
Werbung, Medien und digitale Trends faszinieren dich – und du hast Bock, immer wieder Neues auszuprobieren und dazuzulernen.
Du bist kreativ, kommunikativ und hast ein gutes Gefühl für Sprache, Gestaltung und Organisation.
Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, hast Lust zu lernen und arbeitest gewissenhaft.

Your tasks are:

You will support our team in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns as well as with organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business.
You will be actively involved in the organization of trade fairs and events - from travel planning to stand design.
You will help design and develop presentations, contributions and advertising materials.
You will contribute to the strategic direction of our campaigns by researching market and competitive trends.
When visiting our international partners and customers, you help to ensure that our corporate brand shines.
You will be actively involved in internal projects such as video shoots or idea workshops.

What we expect from you:

You have a high school diploma or vocational diploma in your pocket.
German and English are no problem for you.
Initial experience with MS Office programs is an advantage, and you are not afraid to use other software programs (Asana, Canva, Adobe Creative)
You are fascinated by advertising, media and digital trends - and you are always keen to try out new things and learn new things.
You are creative, communicative and have a good feel for language, design and organization.
You are a real team player, have a desire to learn and work conscientiously.
