Das sind deine Aufgaben:

Du bearbeitest Support- und andere Anfragen, behebst Störungen und unterstützt als First-Level Supporter alle Mitarbeiter in IT-Fragen
Du lernst weitere IT-Themen rund um die in einem mittelständischen Industriebetrieb eingesetzte Soft- und Hardware kennen
Du evaluierst und testest neue Software- und Hardwarelösungen.
Du erfährst alles über die Grundlagen von IT-Netzen und -Techniken, Firewalls, Datenschutz sowie Datensicherheit und lernst vieles mehr.
Du arbeitest in spannenden IT-Projekten mit – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

Du hast die mittlere Reife oder Fachabi in der Tasche.
Mit MS-Office-Programmen kennst du dich aus und hast Interesse an Software und digitalen Lösungen
Deutsch und Englisch sind für dich kein Problem.
Du freust dich, wenn deine Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge gehört und umgesetzt werden.
Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, bist lernfähig und arbeitest gewissenhaft.

Your tasks are:

You will process support and other inquiries, rectify faults and support all employees with IT issues as a first-level supporter
You will learn about other IT topics relating to the software and hardware used in a medium-sized industrial company
