Das sind deine Aufgaben:

Du übernimmst die Durchführung der gesamten Talentsuche von der Anzeigenschaltung bis zum Onboarding
Du begleitest unserer Führungskräfte im Auswahlprozess und bei der Durchführung von Jobinterviews vor Ort wie auch virtuell
Du identifizierst Trends für die Talent-Akquise
Du unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Recruiting-Prozesse und dem Ausbau von Benefit-Programmen
Du arbeitest bei verschiedensten HR-Projekten mit, z.B. Weiterentwicklung des Employer Brandings und unserer HR Software

Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

Du hast dein Studium oder eine Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting mit
Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung moderner Recruitingmethoden mit
Du bist eine empathische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sehr gutem Verhandlungsgeschick
Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit zu Priorisierung zeichnen dich aus
Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in der deutschen und englischen Sprache

Your tasks are:

Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from advertising to onboarding
Supporting our managers in the selection process and conducting on-site and virtual job interviews
Creating and updating job descriptions and requirement profiles
Taking on administrative tasks within the HR team such as contract management, organizing introductory events or company events
Supporting the implementation of monthly payroll accounting in collaboration with our external payroll office
Collaboration on various HR projects, e.g. further development of employer branding and our HR software

What we expect from you:

Degree or training or further training with a focus on human resources
Initial professional experience in personnel administration and recruiting desirable
Knowledge in the application of modern recruiting methods and familiar with issues relating to labor, social and wage tax law
Empathetic and communicative personality with very good negotiating skills
Independent way of working and the ability to prioritize
Experienced with the common MS Office programs
Very good knowledge of German and English
